## Group Discussion Norms and Participation Rules WW group meetings are designed to be supportive, non-judgmental spaces, so there is no pressure to speak if you do not want to. If you do choose to participate, you are only expected to share what you feel comfortable disclosing, and all members are required to respect confidentiality: no personal details shared in the group are discussed outside of the session. The Wellness Coach moderates the discussion to keep it focused on actionable, positive strategies, and will redirect any conversations that become focused on restrictive dieting or negative self-talk. Guests are welcome to ask questions about the program or share their own goals if they wish, but there is no mandatory participation requirement. ## Post-Meeting Next Steps After the group discussion wraps up, the Wellness Coach will stay for 10 to 15 minutes to answer any one-on-one questions you have about the program, membership options, or how to get started. You will be given a free guest packet that includes a sample food tracker, a guide to common point values for popular foods, and information about local meeting schedules if you want to attend future sessions. There is no required sales pitch, and you are free to leave immediately after the meeting if you do not want to speak with the coach further. If you decide to join WW, you can sign up for a membership on the spot or later online, with no obligation to commit to a specific plan length at your first meeting.
